We’re on the lookout for a Senior Designer who understands there is more to being a designer than design. There’s no detail too small or concept too big for you to handle. You’re comfortable brainstorming off-the-wall ideas one minute and buttoning up for a client presentation the next. You thrive on the high-energy buzz of agency life, multi-tasking and glad-handing like the superstar you are. You’re a prioritization demon, keeping your team on track and inspiring them to create great work.

What you’ll do:
CREATE
• Design websites, mobile sites, display ads, interactive campaigns and more
• Compile wireframes, storyboards and presentations
COMMUNICATE
• Consistently convey project updates to your team and other internal departments
• Present ideas, campaigns and designs to clients
LEAD
• Oversee creative executions & visual concepts from brainstorming to completion
• Mentor Jr. Designers and Design Interns
• Direct freelancers, vendors and partners as needed
What you’ll need:
• A creative portfolio that will leave us weak in the knees
• Unparalleled atention to detail (For example, you already noticed the typo in that sentence.)
• Ability to communicate with equal ease to your team and to clients
• Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator ninja warrior skills
• Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Strong knowledge of Flash a major plus
• After Effects/Final Cut a nice bonus
• A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or web development, or a hefty combination of education and applicable work experience
